The Introduction
Many men, women, and civilizations rise to power
after discovering an inner power within them. Some
even discover greater power after rising from
deplorable conditions of squalor, subjugation,
colonialism, injustice, slavery, etc. Many of these
same men and women often rise to the levels of power
and good fortune by following universal principles
and desiring and longing for better conditions.
Some may couch these universal principles in various
world institutions such as, philosophies
(pragmatism, realism, humanism, existentialism,
Taoism, capitalism, or some success philosophy,
etc.); certain academic disciplines (mathematics,
science, counseling, psychology, law, etc.); or
religion. Whatever the philosophy or discipline man
professes, universal laws permeate throughout the
lives of man and the universe, and are no respecter
of any man or woman in the expression of the inner
power.
Generally, men and women throughout the ages have
often longed and dreamt of heartfelt desires. And
through a strong and intense concentrated effort,
these desires often were fulfilled. These dreams,
heartfelt desires or emotions, laser-focused
concentration, intense thoughts, alignment with
universal laws and principles are one and the same
in their use of applied forces. Even though they
are called by many names, these practices are
commonly known as meditations and prayers. And each
uses a constant repetition of thoughts, better known
as the use of affirmations, which establishes an
ever-evolving foundation as the individual matures
with experience and understanding of new revelation.
If we could truly look into the
past and discover what was in the minds and hearts
of the
Most Successful
men and women, then we also may obtain such success
or achieve even greater success than those of former
years and centuries and glory. It is our belief
that the
Most Successful
men and women were none other than the Prophets and
Messengers of Almighty God (Allah)…and much more…
And
Your Lord says: Pray to Me, I will answer you.” (HQ
40: 60)
